By which, we of course mean that our next stretch goal is giant, like a Godzilla cat, and that our next stretch mark is an Italian print and play. To clarify:
Since our next stretch goal is 100% Godzilla cat-sized — $75,000 — we want it to unlock something that’s as memorable as well, an actual Godzilla-sized cat. We’ve toyed around with a few ideas, but we really want to give you exactly what you want and pick your brains for interesting things that aren’t even on our radar. So, with that in mind, we’ve created a survey. It’ll be in a follow-up post for backers eyes only, so if you have very strong feelings about upgrades (ex: you really love glow in the dark!) or a just-crazy-enough-to-work idea (ex: waterproof cards so you can play in the shower!), throw a back our way and tell us what you think. Grazie!
And hey, speaking of grazie, we’re very close to our next stretch mark of an Italian print and play! It might take us a little time to perfect the translation/resist incorporating the Leaning Tower of Pisa into the impotence card, but we’ll have it for you.

We’d also like to thank one of our backers for pointing out that we were spelling Sildenafil—a drug used to treat impotence—incorrectly. How he noticed this typo immediately, we didn’t ask.

We’ve also been aware that we’ve given you no indication as to when all the foreign language print and plays will be released. So today, we’re pleased to announce, will be no exception. All we can say is please be patient, they are coming soon, we’re working really hard on them, and translation is difficult af.

We announced the release of more wooden boxes today and now they’re almost all gone! At the time of posting this, there are 8 left. Nab one!

But wait, there’s more…
Many of you have written to us asking if we can add more of those premium, wooden boxes. Well, we wrote to our box maker and asked if there’s anything that can be done to accommodate you wonderful, wonderful folks.
And he said, “No way. Get lost, losers!”
So, that’s that. No new boxes.
Until we tried a second time! And this time, we’re so pleased to say, he agreed to make more! To honor Lord Caplos 2.4, the cybernetic god of capitalism, on his high holiday, Cyber Monday, we’re adding more wooden boxes to our Lignumania and Megalomania perks.
But don’t worry early birders, everyone who purchased a perk with a wooden box when it was available at the start of the campaign will receive their boxes first—it’s only fair. Those who purchase one on Cyber Monday will have to wait a little while longer (not too long, we promise).
